How do I apply for an apartment?

Required Documents:

- Copy of Photo ID

- 4 most current pay stubs

- Letter of employment (on company letterhead stating hire date, position & annual salary)

*If self-employed or retired – last 2 years tax returns in their entirety

Due at lease signing:

1st month rent

Maintenance Requests

Once you're established with an account as a resident in Rent Manager, you can submit a request directly from your account.

Is parking included?

Convenient parking is available in select buildings. Please inquire with the property manager for current availability and pricing.

Are utilities included?

Heat and hot water are included. Unless otherwise specified in your lease, electricity and gas must be set up in the tenant(s) name starting on the lease commencement date and are the tenant(s) responsibility. The only exception is Cedarcroft, where electricity is included.

What is the pet policy?

No pets allowed.
